During my recent stay at Trulli Nuova Aia Resort, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by Luciano and his family. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. From organizing pizza delivery for me when I arrived late on the first night to providing great recommendations for local wine and restaurants, Luciano was always there to assist me.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a small television in the room and limited breakfast options, these were overshadowed by the overall exceptional experience.
